Locally grown heirloom produce tastes better!

Organic mix of heirloom radish varities including Philadelphia White Box, Purple Plum, French Breakfast, daikon, and more.
One dozen hard-cooked eggs (I do the cool water brought to a boil with a
lid method where you turn off the heat as soon as it comes to a boil,
and then let the pot stand covered for exactly 7 minutes before rinsing
in cold water to chill)
Peel and halve eggs, removing the yolks to a bowl and arranging whites
on a pretty platter lined with fresh mixed herbs
Mix the yolks with 3 table spoons each cream cheese and mayo, 1 tea
spoon yellow mustard, a pinch of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to
taste
Fill the whites with the yolk mixture and top each egg with a piece of
smoked salmon, a pinch of chopped red onion, and some capers.
